How to Create an Attendance Kiosk?
What is Attendance Kiosk?
Attendance Kiosk is a feature that allows you to mark employees’ attendance in an office location.
A physical device will be set up at the office location to mark attendance using a selfie.
It will streamline your attendance management process by eliminating human errors, paperwork, and spreadsheets altogether.
Note that the attendance kiosk will be set up as an employee. It means that if you purchased a plan of 10 employees, you could only add 9 employees to the application.
How to Create an Attendance Kiosk?
You can create an attendance kiosk on an android device only. Follow the steps to create an attendance kiosk:
1. First, open the SalaryBox app on your android device.
2. Go to Settings and click on Attendance & Leaves.
3. Now, tap on the Attendance Kiosk.
4. Here, you will find a Create Attendance Kiosk button.
5. Click on it, Name the kiosk and add the Phone Number. Finally, tap on the Add Attendance Kiosk to create a kiosk.
6. You can add, edit, and delete the kiosk for different branches under Manage Attendance Kiosk.
