How to Enable Auto-Present in SalaryBox?

What is Auto-Present?

Auto-Present is a free feature in the SalaryBox app that automatically allows employers to mark their staff attendance. All employees will be marked present for the day if auto-present is on. You can mark them absent if they don’t show up on a specific day.

How to Enable Auto-Present in SalaryBox?

Follow the steps given below to enable auto-present on your preferred device.

Android

1. Open the SalaryBox app and go to Settings.

Click on Settings

2. Select Attendance & Leaves.

3. Scroll down to Automation and tap on the toggle in front of Auto-Present.

4. Select Confirm, and Auto-Present will be enabled.

5. Now all of your employees will be marked present for every day.

iPhone

1. Open the SalaryBox app and go to Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Attendance Settings and click on the toggle next to the Auto Present.

3. Select Confirm, and Auto Attendance will be enabled.

Desktop

1. Open the SalaryBox desktop application, and click on Settings on the left sidebar.

2. Scroll down to Attendance & Leaves.

3. Tap on the toggle next to Auto-Present.

4. Select Okay to enable it. From now onwards, your employees' daily attendance will be marked present automatically.
