How to Enable Auto-Live Track?
What is Auto-Live Track?
Auto tracking or Auto-Live Track is a great way to attendance management of field staff. It allows you totrack the live locationof your employees for 12 hours after they punch in. It works without requesting their live location daily.
Note that you can track your employees' location only if their GPS and mobile network are on. The employees must also keep battery optimization off in their phones so that GPS can work in the background.
If the GPS gets disabled, the employer will receive the following notifications:
stopped live track
disabled GPS permission
live track paused due to low battery
live track paused due to time settings change
How to Enable Auto-Live Track?
You can use Auto-Live Track on Android and Desktop only.The feature is not available on employee accounts on iPhones. Follow the steps below to enable Auto-Live Track.
Android
1. Open the SalaryBox app and go to Settings.
2. Click on Attendance& Leaves and scroll down to the Automation section.
3. Tap on the toggle next to Auto-Live Track.
4. Click on Confirm, and Auto-Live Track will be enabled.

Desktop
1. Open the SalaryBox desktop application and click on Settings.
2. Scroll down to Attendance& Leaves and click on the toggle next to Auto Live Track.
3. Click on Okay, and Auto Live Track will be enabled.
