What Does an Admin Do?

Admin is a high-authority user with all rights concerning employee attendance management, leaves, and salary. An admin can also correct the employee’s half day and add advance pay, loan, and bonus.


In SalaryBox, you can add multiple admins if you want to delegate the rights to another employee without sharing your account login details every time.


How to Add Multiple Admins?

Follow the steps below to add multiple admins to the app.


Android

  1. Open the SalaryBox app on your Android device, go toSettings, and click on Users& Permissions. 


  2. Click onUsers& Permissions

    Select admin in user permission on a new screen to add multiple admin in android app of salarybox

  3. Now, select Admins on a new screen. 

    click on add admin at the bottom right of screen to add multiple admin in android app of salarybox

  4. Click on Add Admin at the bottom right of the screen. 

    Click on Add Admin

  5. Enter the Employee Name, Phone Number, and Email Id. Then, click on Add Admin to add the new admin.

Now the new admin will have all the rights a primary admin has. If needed, you can also delete the admin from here. 



iPhone

  1. Open the SalaryBox app on your iPhone first.

  2. Tap on the logo icon next to All Branches at the top left corner.in iOS version of salarybox, tap on the logo icon next to the all branches at the top left side to add multiple admin

  3. Select the Admins tab.select the admin to add multiple admins in iOS version of salarybox

  4. Now, click onAdd Adminafter selecting admins click on add admin to add multiple admins in iOS version of salarybox

  5. Enter the admin Name, Phone Number, and email (optional).Click on Add Admin, and the secondary admin will be added. enter the admin name and other details to add multiple admin in iOS version of salarybox

Desktop

  1. Open the SalaryBox desktop application and click on Settings from the left sidebar.

  2. Scroll to the My Teamsection and select Admins. in desktop version of salarybox, click on setting and scroll to my team and select admin to add multiple admins

  3. Click on Add Admin at the bottom right corner of the screen.after selecting admins click on add admin at the bottom right corner in desktop version of salarybox

  4. Enter the Admin Name, Phone Number and Email Id (Optional).

  5. Then, click on Save to add the admin.enter the admin name and other details and the save the add admin in desktop version of salarybox
