How to Delete Secondary Admin?
SalaryBox allows you to add multiple admins so that another admin can responsibly manage staff attendance, leaves and payroll management. If you want to know how to add admin, click here.
However, you can also remove the admin if required. To remove the secondary admin, you must delete them from the app.
Follow the steps below to delete admin on your preferred device. However, note that only secondary admin can be deleted. Also, the admin can be deleted with the primary admin’s account only.
How to Delete Secondary Admin?
Android
Open the SalaryBox app, go to Settings, and click on Users & Permissions.
Now, click on Admins on the next screen.
Tap on three vertical dots next to the secondary admin name.
Click on Delete Admin. Select Yes, Delete Permanently on the pop-up, and the admin will be deleted permanently.
iPhone
Open the SalaryBox app and tap on the logo icon next to the All Branches in the top left corner.
Click on the Admins tab.
Tap on three vertical dots next to the admin name whom you want to remove.
Click on Delete from the drop-down list.
Select Delete once again, and the secondary admin will be deleted permanently.
Desktop
Open the SalaryBox desktop application.
Select Settings from the left sidebar and click on Admins under My Team.
Tap on the bin icon next to the admin name.
Click on Delete as the pop-up appears, and the secondary admin will be deleted.
