How to add the biometric machines?

We have a range of biometric attendance machines available and you can easily add them to manage the attendance of your employees from the app.

To add a biometric, follow the required steps given below.

Android

1. Go to the Settings tab of the SalaryBox app.
Click on settings

2. Click on Attendance & Leaves.

3. Click on Biometric Devices under the Attendance & Leaves section.

4. Click on +Add Biometric, given at the bottom right-hand corner, to add the biometric device.

5. If you want to add SalaryBox Gamma biometric, it is mandatory to fill in details in both fields after clicking on Add Biometric:

A. Name: For every device that is added, the user can keep a name, and the name should be unique.

B. Serial Number/ Cloud ID: The user can scan the Serial number from the device by clicking on the Scan QR right in front of the serial number field or manually typing it.

6. Click on Add Device once the fields are filled.

Click on Add Device

iPhone

1. Go to the Settings tab of the SalaryBox app.

2. Click on Manage Biometric. Click on manage biometric
3. Click on Add Biometric, given at the bottom right-hand corner, to add the biometric device. Click on add biometric

4. A new window will open, and it is mandatory to fill in the fields.

A. Name: For adding every device, the user must keep a name, which should be unique.

B. Serial Number/ Cloud ID: The user can scan the Serial number from the device by clicking on the Scan QR right in front of the serial number field or manually typing it.

C. Device Brand: As the application can be integrated with 3 biometric brands, you need to choose among the brand of the biometric.

4. Click on Add Device once the fields are filled. Click on add biometric

Desktop

1. Go to the Settings tab of the SalaryBox app and click on Manage Biometric.

2. Click on Add Biometric Devices, given at the bottom right-hand corner, to add the biometric device. Click on Add biometric devices

3. A new window will open, and it is mandatory to fill in the fields.
