The EPF (Employee Provident Fund) is an important contribution every employer pays monthly for their employees. Downloading the PF challan report in a few seconds makes payroll more efficient to keep track of your contribution.
Follow the steps below to download the report within minutes.
Android
1. First, open your SalaryBox app and go to Settings.
2. Here, click on Reports which will open a new page of Company Reports.
3. Tap on Salary and click on the PF Challan Report.
4. When a new window opens, choose the preferred month under Duration and file format under Format. Finally, tap on Download Report to get the report.
Desktop
1. First, open your SalaryBox admin account.
2. Now, go to the Report.
3. Click on the Payment option and select PF Challan Report from Report Type.
4. Here, select the Branch and Month.
5. Now, tap on the Generate Report.
6. Finally, you can download the report of the PF challan after generation.
