How to Download Bulk Salary Slips?
Downloading bulk salary slips in SalaryBox is as easy as using any social media platform. You just have to follow a few steps but make sure to stick to the particular instructions for android and desktop.
How to Download Bulk Salary Slips?
Android
1. Log in to the SalaryBox app with your registered account.
2. Click on Settings and tap on Reports.
3. Once the Company Reports window opens, click on Salary.
4. Select Salary Summary Report if a brief slip is required or choose Salary Detailed Report otherwise and choose the preferred Branch & Month.
5. Click on Download Report.
6. Select Open to view the report and Share to share the report with your HR/accountant.
iPhone
1. Open the SalaryBox app and go to Settings.
2. Select Reports under Settings.
3. Click on the Payment tab and select Salary Summary Report if you need brief salary slips or select Salary Detailed Report if you need a detailed report.
4. Now, select the preferred month under Duration and file type from Format.
5. Click on Download Report, and the report will be downloaded.
6. You can click on View to view or Share to share the report with HR/accountant.
Desktop
1. Log in to the SalaryBox app with your registered mobile number.
2. Click on the Report given in the left sidebar.
3. Now, tap on the Payment tab.
4. Next, select the Salary Summary Report from the Report Type and choose the Branch.
5. Then, select the month and the file format. Once done, click on the Generate Report. The system will generate the report within a few minutes.
6. You can click on Download to download it and check the salary breakup on the pay slip of every employee.
