What Does an Admin Do?
Admin is a high-authority user with all rights concerning employee attendance management, leaves, and salary. An admin can also correct the employee’s half day and add advance pay, loan, and bonus.
In SalaryBox, you can add multiple admins if you want to delegate the rights to another employee without sharing your account login details every time.
How to Add Multiple Admins?
Follow the steps below to add multiple admins to the app.
Android
Open the SalaryBox app on your android device, go to Settings, and click on Users & Permissions.
Now, select Admins on a new screen.
Click on Add Admin at the bottom right of the screen.
Enter the Employee Name, Phone Number and Email Id.
Then, click on Add Admin to add the new admin.
Now the new admin will have all the rights a primary admin has. If needed, you can also delete the admin from here.
iPhone
Open the SalaryBox app on your iPhone first.
Tap on the logo icon next to All Branches at the top left corner.
Select the Admins tab.
Now, click on Add Admin.
Enter the admin Name, Phone Number, and email (optional). Click on Add Admin, and the secondary admin will be added.

Desktop
Open the SalaryBox desktop application and click on Settings from the left sidebar.
Scroll to the My Team section and select Admins.
Click on Add Admin at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Enter the Admin Name, Phone Number and Email Id (Optional).
Then, click on Save to add the admin.
