How to Add/Edit Employee Information in SalaryBox?

If you need to add/edit employee information in the SalaryBox app, the given instructions can help you.


  1. Open the SalaryBox app home screen.

  2. Click on More in front of the employee name you wish to edit information for.

  3. Select Edit Employee.

        4. Now you can update their information such as Employee Photo, Name, Job Title, Mobile No, Gender, Company Branch, etc.

        5. Once you’ve added all the information, click on Update to save the details.


  1. Open the SalaryBox application. 

  2. Select the Employee name you want to edit information for.

        3. Tap on three dots at the top right corner and select Edit Employee from the drop-down.

        4. Update the employee information such as Employee Name, Job Title, Mobile No, Branch, etc.

        5. Click on Update to save all the details.


  1. Open the SalaryBox desktop application.

  2. Click on Edit in front of the employee name you want to change details for.

  3. Select Edit Employee from the drop-down.

        4. Enter the information you want to add/edit such as Employee Name, Job Title, Branch, Mobile No, Gender, Email Address, DoJ (Date of Joining), Address, etc.

        5. Click on Save to update the records.
