How to Delete Employees in the SalaryBox App?

Removing former employees is a time-consuming task for every business owner and also hampers your systematic staff management. If you are a SalaryBox user, follow the given steps to delete your former staff member instantly.

iPhone
Desktop

Android

1. Open the SalaryBox app.

2. Click on the employee name you want to delete.

here you can click on employee name to delete through android phone

3. Select Edit at the top.

Select edit at the top to reach delete option through android phone

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select Delete Employee.

Go to delete employees to delete his/her record though android phone

5. Click on Yes, Delete to remove the account of a particular employee.

To delete employee's account tap on yes, delete permanently though android phone

iPhone

1. Open the SalaryBox app and choose the Employeeyou want to delete.

2. Tap on the three dots at the top-right corner.

3. Select Delete Employee from the drop-down.

4. Select Delete again to delete the employee permanently.

Click on delete again to permanently remove the account through iPhone

Desktop

1. Open the SalaryBox Desktop application.

2. Click on Edit for the Employee you wish to delete.

3. Then, select Delete Employee from the drop-down.

4. Select Delete Employee again, and you’re done.
