How to Do Salary Breakdowns With Salary Templates in SalaryBox?

Salary Templates allow employers to add different allowances and deductions to an employee's salary. Once the template is created (as per the required allowances and deductions), the app will automatically calculate the monthly wages on its basis.


To know how to create salary templates, check the steps given below.


Android

1. Open the SalaryBox App and go to Settings.Click on settings

2. Click on Salary Settings.

3. Select Manage Salary (CTC Template).

4. Click on +Create Template to create your salary template.

5. Name the Template and add the basic salary percentage. You can also add EPF(Employee Provident Fund), ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and more.

6. Once done, click Create Template and the template will be saved.

Desktop

Desktop users can follow the below steps to create their salary breakdown templates.


1. Open the SalaryBox application and go to Settings.

 

2. Scroll down to Salary Settings and click on Create Salary Template.

3. In the lower right corner, click on Create Salary Template to create your Salary breakdown.

 

4. Name the template and add the basic salary percentage. You can also add EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and more.

5. Once done, click on Save in the upper right corner to save the template.

Note: You must carefully create the template because you can neither delete nor edit it once it is created. You can also use SalaryBox provided breakdown from the app. To set the created salary template, click here.
