What is a Wage Bonus or Salary Bonus?
A wage bonus or salary bonus is a supplemental wage provided to the employees as a reward or gift. You can choose to offer bonuses to selected employees and can make it easy to pay via the SalaryBox app.
How to Add a Wage Bonus to the SalaryBox Application?
Follow the steps below on your preferred device to add a bonus payment to the app.
Android
1. Open the SalaryBox app and tap on the Employee Name you want to pay a bonus.
2. Choose the Salary tab.
3. Click on Bonus now.
4. Enter the Payment Amount, Date, and Notes (Festival Bonus, Performance Bonus, etc.) for reference in suitable fields. Once done, click on Add Bonus to save the entry.
iPhone
1. Open the SalaryBox application and click on the employee name to whom you want to add a bonus.
2. Click on Bonus Wage (with a gift icon).
3. Enter the Payment Amount, Date of Payment and Notes (Festival or Performance Bonus) as reference.
4. Then, click on Add Bonus to save the entry.
5. Once the bonus is added, you can see it in the Bonus Wage History screen.
Desktop
1. Tap on the Salary tab next to the employee's name once you open the desktop application.
2. Select Bonus Wage on the right-hand side of the screen.
3. Enter the Amount, Date and Notes(Festival or Other Monetary Bonus).
4. Then, click on Add Bonus to save the entry.
5. You can check the past bonuses from the Bonus History below.
