How to Add Advance Payments in the SalaryBox?

Employers can add advance payment (if given), which can be deducted from the employee’s wages during finalization. If you provide bonus pay to the employees, you can add it click here.

Android

1. Open the SalaryBox app on your android device.

2. Tap on the employee name for whom you want to add the advance payment.

3. Select the Salary tab.

4. Then, click on Pay Advance.

 5. Click on +Pay Advance.

 6. Add the Amount and Notes.

 7. Click on Pay Advance at the bottom to save the record. 

7. Once done, you can check the created record in the Payment History tab.

iPhone

1. Open the SalaryBox app on your iPhone and tap the employee name if you want to add an advance payment.

2. Under the Salary tab, click on Pay Advance.

3. As the new screen opens, enter the Payment Amount, Date of Payment and Notes (for reference).

4. Click on Pay Advance, and the advance will be added to the employee’s salary.

5. You can also check the past advances in the Payment History.

Desktop

1. Open the SalaryBox app.

 2. Select the Salary tab for the employee you wish to add an advance payment.

3. Click on Pay Advance.

4. Add the Amount, Date, and Notes for reference.

5. Once done, select Add Advance Given to save the record. It also shows you the history of past advances given below.
