Employer can add an advance payment which is further deducted from the salary of the current month.


How add Advances for your staff in SalaryBox?

  1. Open Home option in SalaryBox.
  2. Select the particular employee to whom you would like to add advance for.

  3. Select the Salary tab from the top


  4. From this screen you would be able to add advance by clicking on the " + Pay Advance" option.


  5. Now from here you can add the advance amount, date of payment and any remarks with respect to the advance.
  6. Upon clicking on the payments history tab you can view all the recorded advance for this particular employee.
