Employer can add an advance payment which is further deducted from the salary of the current month.
How add Advances for your staff in SalaryBox?
- Open Home option in SalaryBox.
- Select the particular employee to whom you would like to add advance for.
- Select the Salary tab from the top
- From this screen you would be able to add advance by clicking on the " + Pay Advance" option.
- Now from here you can add the advance amount, date of payment and any remarks with respect to the advance.
- Upon clicking on the payments history tab you can view all the recorded advance for this particular employee.
