Notifications in the SalaryBox app are essential for keeping users updated on important information, including reminders, attendance records (punch-ins and punch-outs), live tracking status, leave requests, notes, and payment details. This feature ensures that users receive real-time information, such as the exact time and location of staff attendance.
Available Filters for Notifications:
All Notifications
All Branches
All Departments
All Employees
Notifications can be accessed on all platforms: iOS, Android, and Web.
Web Access for Admin and Branch Admin:
Log in to the SalaryBox Web portal using your Admin or Branch Admin account.
Click on the bell icon in the top right corner to view all notifications.
Mobile App Access for Admin and Branch Admin:
Log in to the SalaryBox app using your Admin or Branch Admin account.
Tap on the bell icon in the top right corner to display all notifications.
Example: If a company has multiple branches and departments, an Admin or Branch Admin can filter notifications to view only attendance updates for a specific branch and department by accessing the notification settings.
Notifications for Employees: Employees can also receive updates through the mobile app regarding payments, salary slips, important notes, and announcements.

Log in to the SalaryBox app using your phone number.
Tap on the bell icon in the top right corner of the home screen to view notifications.
iOS:
Log in to the SalaryBox app using your phone number.
Go to “My Profile” in the bottom right corner.
Tap on the bell icon in the top right corner to view notifications.
