What is Announcement?

Announcements serve as formal statements that provide important information to employees. In SalaryBox, announcements can include company updates, important events, special notices, and other critical communications. This feature helps keep employees informed in a clear and organized manner.

Accessing Announcements in the Mobile App: Announcements can only be sent and accessed through the SalaryBox mobile app (both Android and iOS).

Android:
  1. Log in to the SalaryBox app using your Admin or Branch Admin account.
  2. Tap on the bell icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select “Send Announcements” in the bottom right corner.
  4. A dialog box will appear. Type your message in the box.
  5. Choose to send it to All Branches or select a specific branch.
  6. Tap the “Send Broadcast” button to distribute the announcement.

iOS:
  1. Log in to the SalaryBox app using your Admin or Branch Admin account.
  2. Tap on the “Send Broadcast” button in the middle of the home screen.
  3. A dialog box will appear. Type your message in the box.
  4. Choose to send it to All Branches or select a specific branch.
  5. Tap the “Send Broadcast” button to distribute the announcement.
