What is Business Contacts in SalaryBox App?

Business Contacts

The Business Contacts feature lets admins and employees add and manage business contacts within SalaryBox.


How to add Business Contacts?

  1. Log in to your Admin Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Business Contacts > Add Business.
  3. Scan the Business Card or manually input details like Type, Owner Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Address, and GST Number.
  4. Click Save to store the contact.


How to browse the Business Directory?

  1. Log in to your Admin Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Business Contacts > Business Directory.
  3. Search for Customers or Vendors, View Details, and Add Notes as needed.


How to Download Business Notes Report?

  1. Log in to your Admin Account.
  2. Go to Settings > Business Contacts > Business Notes Reports.
  3. Select the Month and Download Report.
