Troubleshooting Company Setup issues
You’re facing issues while setting up your company, branches, or departments in SalaryBox.
Steps:
Incorrect Branch Location:
Go to Settings > My Branches, verify the coordinates, and adjust the radius (e.g., 100m to 300m).
Ensure the map address is correct and click Get Address.
Company Code Not Visible:
Refresh the app or web portal and navigate to Settings > Company Settings.
If not visible, contact support at support@salarybox.in.
Unable to Save Company Profile:
Verify all mandatory fields (Company Name, Your Name, Email) are filled.
Ensure a stable internet connection
Contact support if the issue persists
