Setting up a New Branch

You want to add a new branch or office location in SalaryBox to manage attendance and payroll separately for that branch. This helps you keep your workforce organized and track data branch-wise under the same company account.


How to add the Branch(s) in the web portal?

  1. Tap on ‘Settings’ in the top right corner

  2. Tap on ‘My Branches

  3. Now tap on ‘Add New Branch’ and add the following details:

  1. Branch Name

  2. Branch Address (You should be choosing the location with the help of the given map below and tap on ‘Get Address’)

  3. Now let’s see the Radius (in meters) in which your employee can mark their attendance whenever they will be reaching your office location. This should be between 100 and 1000 meters.

  4. Once done, let’s tap on ‘Save’


How to edit or delete the Branch(s)?

To Edit:

  1. Go under the ‘My Branches

  2. Tap on the ‘Edit’ button to update the details under it

To Delete:

  1. Go under the ‘My Branches’

  2. Tap on the ‘Delete’ icon and confirm by tapping on ‘Delete Branch’

Note: Once deleted, this can not be undone.


How to add the Branch(s) in the Android app?

  1. Open the SalaryBox App.

  2. Tap on the “Settings” option located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

  3. Tap on the Company Settings and click on “My branches “.

  4. Now tap on ‘Add New Branch’ and add the following details:

  • Branch Name

  • Branch Address (You should be choosing the location with the help of the given   map below, and tap on ‘Get Address’)

  • Now let’s see the Radius (in meters) in which your employee can mark their attendance whenever they will be reaching your office location. This should be between 100 and 1000 meters.

  • Once done, let’s tap on “Update Branch”.

  3. Tap on the “My Branches”.

  • Branch Address (You should be choosing the location with the help of the given   map below, and tap on ‘Get Address’)
