How to Use SB CRM Lite as an Employee (Android Device)
Starting and Ending a Trip
Open the SalaryBox App and tap on the “CRM” option at the bottom of the homepage.
Click on the “Start Trip” button in the bottom right corner.
Upload an odometer photo, enter the initial reading, and add any relevant notes.
Once the trip is complete, update the final odometer reading, upload a closing odometer photo, and enter notes before ending the trip.
After ending the trip, you can review a detailed timeline that includes start/end times, total distance traveled, and location details.
Adding a Meeting During a Trip
- Open the SalaryBox App and tap on the “CRM” option at the bottom of the homepage.
- Click on the “Meetings” button in the bottom right corner.
Tap on “Add Meeting” in the bottom left corner.
Enter the Customer Name, Meeting Start & End Time, Notes, and add any relevant attachments.
Once saved, the meeting details, including total distance traveled, meeting duration, and locations, will be available in the timeline.
Note: Meetings and trips are separate, staff can add a meeting without recording a trip.
How to Use SB CRM Lite as an Admin (Web & Android)
Accessing SB CRM Lite from the Web (Admin Portal)
Click on “CRM” from the left-side menu.
Navigate to the Dashboard to see an overview of each field employee’s trips, total distance traveled, completed meetings, and meeting durations.
4. Click on “Meetings” to view staff-wise meeting details, including customer names, locations, and notes.
Accessing SB CRM Lite from the Android App (Admin Panel)
Log in to the SalaryBox App using your Admin credentials.
The CRM Dashboard displays real-time statistics, including total distance traveled, meetings conducted, and duration.
Click on Dashboard for a detailed view of individual and overall staff activity.
As an Admin, you can add a Trip or Meeting on behalf of a staff member by selecting their profile.
How to Fetch Reports for Field Employees?
Tracking and analyzing employee productivity is crucial. SB CRM Lite provides detailed reports to monitor field staff performance efficiently.
Generating SB CRM Reports (Web Portal)
Click on “Reports” in the left-side navigation bar.
Select “CRM” to access CRM Lite-related reports.
Choose the Report Type from the dropdown (Summary or Detailed Reports for Trips and Meetings).
Select the Branch, Department, and Duration, then download the report in XLSX format.
