Exciting New Features Coming to SalaryBox!
We are thrilled to announce some amazing new features designed to enhance your experience with SalaryBox:
Multiple Shift Support Added*
Now, Admins can assign multiple shifts to staff and employees can now mark attendance for multiple shifts in a single day. For example, if an employee has shifts from 8 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM, they can mark attendance for both shifts.`
Enhanced Punch In and Out Time Control for Staff Shifts*
Define specific time windows for employees to punch in before their shift begins and punch out after it ends. This will ensure staff cannot punch out after a specific time. Let's understand with the example,
If a store closes at 6 PM, staff will only be able to punch out within 30 minutes after their shift ends.
This also handles late shifts where staff might need to punch out past midnight. In the new system, the admin can specify a duration (e.g., 4 hours) so staff can punch out at 3 AM if their shift ends at 11 PM.
Breaks (for SB Attendance Pro users)*
Staff can now mark their breaks with specific categories like Tea/Coffee, Lunch, Bio-break, and more, making break tracking easier and more precise. Also, admins can also define Paid and Unpaid Breaks for their staff.
Customised Week Offs
Flexibility at its best! You can now assign customized weeks off to your employees. Customizations like:
Staff Level Attendance Modes
Assign different attendance modes at the staff level. For example, some employees can mark attendance with a selfie, while others use GPS or QR code scanning.
Automation Rules (for SB Attendance Pro users)
Streamline attendance management with our smart automation rules:
Auto-Present: Automatically marks employees as present on working days, excluding week offs and public holidays.
Auto-Half Day: If an employee is late beyond the grace period, they will automatically be marked for a half-day.
Mandatory Half-Day: Employees must complete the designated half-day working hours to be granted a half-day.
Mandatory Full-Day: Employees must complete the designated full-day working hours to be granted a full day.
