Managing Leave Balances Directly

You want to assign a specific number of leave days to one or more employees without relying on accrual policies. This helps you quickly adjust leave balances, such as for new hires or special cases, using an Excel import for bulk updates.


Steps:

  1. Go to My Team > Leave Balance and Policy > Leave Balance.

  2. Select the employee(s) whose leave balance you want to update.

  3. Click on Import Balance and download the provided Excel template.

  4. In the Excel sheet, enter the total leave balance for each employee (e.g., 18 days).

  5. Save the file and upload it back into the system.

  6. Refresh the app to view the updated leave balances.
