How to Active, Inactive, and Delete staff?

Active, Inactive, and Delete Staff


SalaryBox provides options to manage your staff status efficiently. You can mark employees as Active or Inactive according to your requirements. If an employee is temporarily off the system, you can set their status to Inactive and later reactivate them without losing any data.


The Delete Staff feature allows you to permanently remove an employee’s details and associated data from SalaryBox. This is useful when an employee leaves the company, enabling you to easily manage your staff records.



Let’s understand how to do it:



  1. Tap on > My Team’ in the top left corner

  2. Tap on the employee's name and see three dots at right top of the screen

  3. You will be getting the action buttons:

  • Active (if the staff is currently inactive)

  • Inactive (if the staff is currently active)

  • Delete


Choose the appropriate option based on your requirements.
