Learn how to manage Penalty & Overtime policies effortlessly in SalaryBox. Let's explore each feature step by step.
Step 1: Early Leaving Policy
Navigate to 'Penalty & Overtime' under the 'My Team' option. Select the employee's name to set up the Early Leaving Policy.
Define the Fine Type as Daily or Hourly, set the Grace Period (minutes) for late arrivals, specify the Fine Amount, and designate the number of days exempt from penalties for late arrivals.
Once configured, save your settings to apply the Early Leaving Policy.
Step 2: Late Coming Policy
Similar to the Early Leaving Policy, the Late Coming Policy penalizes employees for tardiness according to their schedule.
Set the Fine Type, Grace Period (minutes), Fine Amount, and exempt days for late arrivals.
Save your settings to activate the Late Coming Policy.
Step 3: Overtime Policy
Now, let's dive into the Overtime Policy. This feature simplifies payment for extra working hours beyond the designated shift.
Configure the Grace Period (minutes) for unpaid overtime, and specify the Extra Hours Pay rate, Public Holiday Pay, and Week Off Pay if applicable.
Save your settings to enable the Overtime Policy.
