How to set Staff Login OTP?
In case staff are not able to log into salarybox with their registered mobile number of have forgotten their Login PINS, admins can now also create login OTPs for their staff through the staff profile section. Once these OTPs are used by the staff to log into SalaryBox, they can change their PIN to restore their access to their SalaryBox Acccount
Admins need to follow the below steps to generate Login OTP for a staff
#1 Log into web.salarybox.in into their admin profile
#2 Go to My Team and search for the required employee

#2 Go to My Team and search for the required employee
#3 Click on the relevant staff's name to open their Profile
#4 On the top right corner next to the Staff status , click on the Kebab Menu (3 dots) > Select "Generate Login OTP"
#5 Enter a 6 digit login OTP and click on Generate OTP
#6 Share the OTP with the relevant staff and ask them to login with shared OTP
#7 Once Staff has entered the provided OTP, they can set their own login PIN and use the new PIN to log into SalaryBox app going forward
