How to create a Branch?

Introduction


A Branch is an extension of a company situated at a location different from the main office. It operates as an additional outlet for managing and conducting business activities.


SalaryBox enables you to create and maintain detailed records of your organization's various branches. This functionality helps streamline the management and organization of multiple office locations.



How to add the Branch(s)?


  1. Tap on ‘Settings’ in the top right corner

  2. Tap on ‘My Branches’

  3. Now tap on ‘Add New Branch’ and add the following details:

  1. Branch Name

  2. Branch Address (You should be choosing the location with the help of given map below and tap on ‘Get Address’)

  3. Now let’s see the Radius (in meters) in which your employee can mark their attendance whenever they will be reaching your office location. This should be between 100 and 1000 meters.

  4. Once done, let’s tap o ‘Save’




How to edit or delete the Branch(s)?


To Edit:


  1. Go under the ‘My Branches’

  2. Tap on the ‘Edit’ button to update the details under it



To Delete:


  1. Go under the ‘My Branches’

  2. Tap on the ‘Delete’ icon and confirm by tapping on ‘Delete Branch’

Note: Once deleted, this can not be undone.
