How to create a Department?

Introduction

A Department in an organization refers to a specialized area or division focused on handling specific tasks or functions within the company.


It's like a dedicated team that deals with particular aspects of the business, such as sales, marketing, finance, or customer support.



How to add the Department(s)?


  1. Tap on ‘Settings’ in the top right corner

  2. Tap on ‘My Departments’

  3. Now tap on ‘Add Departments’

  4. Name the branch and you are done


How to add employees to the Department(s)?


  1. Tap on ‘Manage Employees’ next to the created department

  2. Now just add the employee to the Department



How do you edit and delete the Department(s)?


To Edit:


  1. Go under the ‘My Department’

  2. Tap on the ‘Edit’ button to update the name



To Delete:


  1. Go under the ‘My Department’

  2. Tap on the ‘Delete’ icon and confirm by typing ‘DELETE’ under the dialogue box

Note: Once deleted, this can not be undone.
