How to access the Notes Reports?

Notes Report

The Notes Report in the SalaryBox app provides a record of notes entered by both staff and admin. This report is available in XLSX format and contains essential details for tracking employee-related notes.

Key Features of the Notes Report
  • Content: The report includes the following information:
    • Employee Name
    • Employee ID
    • Phone Number
    • Branch
    • Designation
    • Date of Note Entry

  • Availability: The Notes Report can be accessed and downloaded from all modules within the SalaryBox app.
  • Download Options: Users can download the Notes Report from both the mobile application and the web application.


Access Permissions

The Notes Report can be downloaded by the following user roles:
  • Admins
  • Branch Admins (limited to their respective branches and departments)
  • Chartered Accountants (CA)
