What is Certificate Generator in SalaryBox App?

The Certificate Generator lets admins create certificates to recognize staff achievements, boosting morale and confidence across the company.

Types of Certificates:

  • Employee of the Week
  • Employee of the Month
  • Employee of the Year
  • Certificate of Completion
  • Certificate of Appreciation
  • Custom Certificate


Admins can customize each certificate with a selected style, title, recipient name, and personalized message.


How to generate a certificate on SalaryBox?

  1. Log in to your Admin Account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Certificate Generator.
  3. Choose a Template and select a Style.
  4. Add Certificate Title, Recipient Name, and a Custom Message.
  5. Enter the Signed By name and Date.
  6. Download the certificate and Share it across various platforms.
