Creating and Sending Announcements

You want to broadcast company-wide messages or updates to all employees instantly. Posting announcements in SalaryBox helps share news and keep everyone engaged.


The Announcement feature in SalaryBox allows Admins and Branch Admins to share important messages with employees, such as company updates, events, or urgent notices. It ensures effective internal communication by broadcasting messages to selected or all branches.


How to Access and Send Announcements (Mobile App Only)


Android:
  • Log in as Admin or Branch Admin.

  • Tap the bell icon (top right).

  • Tap “Send Announcements” (bottom right).

  • Type your message in the dialog box.

  • Choose the target branch(es).

  • Tap “Send Broadcast” to share.


iOS:
  • Log in as Admin or Branch Admin.

  • Tap “Send Broadcast” on the home screen.

  • Type your message in the dialog box.

  • Choose the branch(es).

  • Tap “Send Broadcast” to share the announcement.
