AI Face Kiosk is available on the Android app (version 6.08 and onwards).

Comprehensive Shift Management: The AI Face Kiosk supports detailed attendance tracking by efficiently managing breaks, enforcing shift limits, and accommodating multiple shifts. This ensures that attendance records are precise and reliable, catering to the diverse needs of various work schedules.



How to Set Up the Kiosk?


  1. Open the SalaryBox Android app.

  2. Log in with your Admin account.

  3. Tap on Settings.

  4. Tap Attendance and then Attendance Kiosk.

  5. Create an Attendance Kiosk by entering the 10-digit mobile number of the person you want to assign the kiosk to.

  6. Once done, you will see the Attendance Kiosk has been added.





How to Enroll Employees?


  1. Tap on Settings.

  2. Tap Attendance and then AI Face Recognition.

  3. Find the employee you want to enroll.

  4. Tap on Enroll Face.

  5. Take a picture of the employee. Once done, the employee is enrolled.




How Will Employees Mark Their Attendance?


  1. When an employee approaches the SalaryBox kiosk, their face will automatically be recognized and their attendance will be marked.

  2. Upon returning to the kiosk, the employee will see two options: Punch Out or Take a Break.
